Using these tools with the awareness of prenatal and postpartum wisdoms and childbirth education, we can take a full session, solo or with partner, online or in person, to give you skilled support now - wether it be Prepare to Birth! Body Wisdom Coaching, Relationship or Parenting Support, Postpartum Depression Support, Integrating Your Birth Story, Bereavement Support, Life Coaching or something more specific to you.
