Welcome to your whole Prenatal Journey!! This is a very important time to prepare for your rite of passage that you are now embarking on! You may not know all the answers now, but it is a time to be aware of what you want to learn about, what you don't want to learn about!, what you need in your suitcase, your freezer, your home, and for your body! What kind of support do you most want from your doula, your midwife or medical staff? What questions do you want answered? And much more we can explore. It's a really special time to call in your support and what you want in your "nest" to prepare for your labor, birth and your newborn! You are a Creatrix now, and you are creating more than just a baby. You are creating your motherhood journey and everything and everyone you need and want along the way! I'm honored to support you to know exactly what that is for you and how you can realize your needs, instincts, intuition, knowing, stregnth and wishes.
This is just the beginning of your chapter. Often, we start with initital education, a birth plan and birth art to tap into your deeper needs and work that wants to be faced for giving birth. However anything I offer can be mixed in with your initial visit for emotional support or to optomize your present needs. This can be in the office or a home visit to help you organize and plan your needs there! I will meet you wherever your starting point is, take your hand, and support you along your way!
