Birth Planning & "Birthing From Within" Birth Art

Create your own "Birthing From Within" Birth-Art to reveal your intentions, blockages and fears if any, so that your wishes and ideal plans are more likely to be your reality! As we all know, art brings out the wisdom of your right brain, your feelings, and instincts which will be the part of you in control in labor!  So to keep the balance of preparing for birth, the art session is followed by a "left/right brain" somatic coaching session to tap into what you truly want as we notice if there are any kinks in the way.  We'll let the left brain make the plans from there!

You can use your Birth Art process, or go straight to creating your birth plan that will be uniquely yours.  Birth plans outline your preferences for labor, delivery, and postpartum care and most importantly, function to guide health care providers to understand what a safe and positive experience looks like for you!  Bring these to where you will give birth, and later put these in your baby book as a keepsake to treasure this special process of bringing your baby to life.
