Service Description

Picture how relaxed you feel when you step into a warm bathtub. Yet this bathtub is the the size of a pool! And, to top it off, you're being massaged by a licensed CAMTC massage practitioner!  While, you have the support of a certified Body-Mind Life Coach to go to any depth of your psyche and spirit for your holistic wellness and happiness...  Assisting you, your present intention, emotions, and body wisdom to align with your nervous system in what your are releasing and/or creating in your life now.  This is AloMana Integrated Water Therapy.

.......

AloMana is given in a warm, about 96 degrees Fahrenheit, salt water pool.  It begins with tapping into your present state of physical and emotional awareness.  Taking this awareness into the warm water, which in itself begins your relaxing nurturing therapy.  Then with floats, you are floated and moved in a way that the water gently opens and invites more fluidity and mobility in your spine while receiving therapeutic massage, hip and joint manipulations.

The more you get comfortable with the water and the practice, we can put nose clips on you and follow your breath into underwater techniques.  This literally and psychically brings you to deeper states of awareness.  It can give you the experience of fluidity and full body freedom with deep presence and insights.

AloMana is very potent for pregnancy. (Note: This is for pregnancy and postpartum care, not for laboring or birthing in a birthing pool).

While being extremely nurturing and therapeutic for prenatal wellbeing and postpartum care like all massage therapy (learn more here), it prepares momma-to-be's body, mind, and being for birthing. Alomana, is very helpful with releasing the common back and leg pains preganancy often brings. And, when you get more comfortable with the therapy, (often on your 2nd or 3rd session), it aids you to go to the depths of "bringing your birth plan into the water."  AloMana brings the client to the "flow" state, assisting you to release anxiety held in your body, and also aids you to release deeper fears, depression, other emotions and mental constraints that can otherwise keep mama constricted when needing to open during labor.  The practice of that flow state in the water, often assists that flow state during labor.  AloMana wholesomely supports the part of momma that truly births her baby - her cellular memory, primal instincts, deep alignment, trust and connection with her baby.

If needed, the deep relaxation of an AloMana session mixed with warm-water techniques that can flip a breach baby in the spacious state after a therapy session.

It helps you to reach clarity and inspirations in the loving, supportive, nurturing container it is, and as the new parent you are!
